Our Story

GJ’s Home & Office Furniture once known as Dawalt Office Furniture was purchased by Gloria & John Hentgen in November of 2009. Gloria worked for former owner & brother-in-law Cary Dawalt for 15 years. When Cary retired the Hentgens’s decided to buy the store & make some changes by adding a line of home furniture.

The store focuses on a line of “good furniture with good prices”. The showroom floor consists of bedroom sets, mattresses, recliners, sofas, dining sets, TV stands, and many more home furnishings as well as office furniture.

They also offer a full line catalog to look through to meet you style requested. Some distributors include American wholesale furniture, Sauder, Symbol Mattress, Woodcrest, Doan Keys & Furniture Distributors Inc. The store receives new inventory on a weekly basis.

GJ’s offers a 10% Military & senior discounts, free Layaway, 12 month financing as well as free assembly of furniture.
